Kelan Doyle, born in VA raised in Westfield NJ has had a passion for the arts since a very young age. After having his son at 17 he began to formally study fine art at the DuCret School of Art in Plainfield NJ where he excelled rapidly and became one of a very few students to be invited to show his work at Swain Galleries in Plainfield. Growing up he had a very intense love for hip hop and the culture which surrounds. In the early 2000’s he became a prominent graffiti artist in the central NJ area. After many years he had his place of residence raided for the artwork style which he loved so much. After making the decision to give up his aerosol passion he decided to put his love to canvas. Kelan made many attempts to show his work to the public eye in small art shows and art competition of which he won best in show. Today kelan still paints and shows his work in a variety of shows in the NY NJ area. Tattooing was an obvious route for him to take his art. Kelan continues to grow with his tattooing and looks forward to all the possibilities and opportunities the arts will bring him in the future.
